Forms may collect name, email, location, route of interest and message. The merch alert stores only email, language, signup source and consent date/version. Anti-spam controls use temporary tokens and a technical rate limit; the lead register does not store raw IP addresses.
We use data to respond to requests, manage interest in programs, membership, training or partnerships, and send the next-drop alert when requested. Merch alerts rely on explicit consent. Anti-abuse measures are used for service security and integrity.
Enquiries are retained while needed to handle them and applicable obligations or claims. Next-drop emails are retained until the alert is sent, consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested. Anti-spam and rate-limit controls are short-lived.
We may use hosting, email and software providers needed to operate the site under appropriate safeguards. Gelato is not connected and the store does not accept orders, so the current checkout sends no customer data to a production provider. Relevant changes will be reflected here before sales are activated.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@frequencyforge.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
General forms are not designed to collect clinical information, details of violence, criminal history or other sensitive categories. If a program genuinely needs additional information, a specific information, consent and safeguarding flow will be provided first.
